Home Care Package

Choose one of our signature Home Care Packages or select from a variety of services that can be tailored to fit the needs of your home!

Monthly Exterior Pest Control Service:

The exterior of your home will have a pest control/repellent applied on a monthly basis
The exterior of your home will be swept (walls & eaves) monthly to remove cobwebs & dead bugs

Monthly Exterior Weed Control Service:

Initial herbicide application will be applied to all nuisance weeds growing on your property (neglected properties may require an initial clean up fee for the initial herbicide application and removal of weeds by a 2nd party if needed)
Pre-emergence herbicide will be applied during the spring to prevent dormant seed/weeds from growing
Post emergent herbicide will be applied each month as needed

Home Care Services:

Garbage and debris removal as needed (trash or debris that has blown onto your lot)
Leaf blow and vacuum as needed during the fall/winter season to remove fallen leaves or storm debris
Your homes exterior will be fully power washed to remove any remaining debris build up from the summer (October, November) This includes the exterior of your home, deck areas and dock areas

Home Watch Services:

Your home will be monitored and a visual inspection will be performed looking for obvious issues while you’re away from your residence on vacation or for extended periods of time
Any issues (break ins, squatters, storm damage, pest infestations, general damage, and overall property condition) will be reported to you immediately
24hr service to check on your home as needed (available most of the year except during staff vacation times)
Cleaning of your security cameras as needed

Weed Control Package
